David Bricklin-Small is an award-winning fine art photographer by passion, a psychologist by trade, and a father/husband by day and night. He experiences photography as a practice of drawing out and lifting up the beauty and poetry latent in even the most ordinary moments of being human. Born in New York City, and raised in New Jersey, David spent the years after high school traversing the United States, living in various corners from New York City, to Worcester, to Tucson, to Eugene, to Chicago. He is raising his family in the Boston area. David travels throughout New England, as well as further afield, using photography as a way to capture beauty in things mundane and magnificent.
